Who can take part
You may be eligible if you meet all of the following. The form below covers these in more detail.
- 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, with X-ray or MRI imaging from the last 3 months
- Knee pain during everyday activity (we'll ask you to rate it on the form)
- BMI between roughly 18.5 and 35
Who can't take part
This study isn't a fit if any of the following apply:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Cancer treatment in the last 2.5 years
- Stem cell therapy of any kind in the past 12 months
- Corticosteroid injection in any joint in the past 3 months
- Known HIV, hepatitis, or other serious infection
- Planned knee or lower-limb surgery in the next 12 months

Osteoarthritis (Phase II Clinical Study)
Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common joint conditions worldwide, limiting movement,
daily activities, and independence.
Administration:
Ultrasound-guided injection into a joint
Typical dose:
50 million MSCs per joint
Eligibility:
Adults 18+ | Diagnosed with grade I-IV knee osteoarthritis
Targeted joint delivery:
In intra-articular (IA) treatment, mesenchymal stem cells are injected directly into a joint,
concentrating the treatment on a specific area.
Follow-up:
Clinical follow-ups at 3, 6 and 12 months
