Osteoarthritis (Phase II Clinical Study)

Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common joint conditions worldwide, limiting movement,
daily activities, and independence. 

Administration:
Ultrasound-guided injection into a joint

Typical dose:
50 million MSCs per joint

Eligibility:
Adults 18+ | Diagnosed with grade I-IV knee osteoarthritis

Targeted joint delivery:
In intra-articular (IA) treatment, mesenchymal stem cells are injected directly into a joint,
concentrating the treatment on a specific area.

Follow-up:
Clinical follow-ups at 1, 3 and 6 months

Register your interest

Register through our study website or the Burjeel Hospital website to receive more information.

Consultation

You will be invited to book a consultation with one of our Clinical Advisors. During this session, you will receive a clear overview of the treatment and study process, and we will review your eligibility.

Confirmation

If you meet the pre-screening criteria, you will receive a formal offer to participate, along with practical and financial details. Once accepted, your treatment date will be scheduled.

Screening and treatment

When you arrive, the study doctor will carry out a final routine check. You will then review and sign the Informed Consent Form before moving ahead with the treatment.

Visit process

• 90 min: Medical assessment, questionnaires, and possible blood tests

• 30 min: StromaForte intra-articular injection

• 90 min: Comfortable post-treatment monitoring

Follow-up meetings

You will take part in scheduled follow-up assessments to monitor health and track outcomes. These include questionnaires and, when needed, blood tests. Remote options are available for your convenience.
